Invited by ASSITEJ, Mr. Yin Xiaodong, President of China National Theatre for Children ASSITEJ China to attend the Executive Committee of ASSITEJ held in Montevideo, Uruguay from 27 April to 6 May 2019. As counsellor of ASSITEJ as organizer of ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering 2018 (AAG2018), on behalf of ASSITEJ China, Mr. Yin Xiaodong has made a great presentation about the full evaluation report of ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering 2018 as defined in the Memorandum of Understanding signed between ASSITEJ ASSITEJ China. 

Before the presentation, Mr. Yin invited all the delegates to have a review about AAG 2018 through two videos, which brought them into the good memory of their beautiful time in Beijing last year. Then the whole Evaluation Report of AAG2018 was presented, which was 49 pages in total, including 12 parts, such as Introduction about AAG2018, Statistics, Financial Figures, ASSITEJ Artistic Encounters, Activities Events, Beijing Declaration, Delegates' Feelings Feedbacks, Media Reports Good Practices of ASSITEJ, etc. All the EC Members spoke highly of the report, gave their warm applause.

After the report, Mr. Yin Xiaodong also prepared a surprise gift to ASSITEJ, whcih is a full box of materials about ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering 2018. Yvetter Hardie, President of ASSITEJ Louis Valente, Secretary General of ASSITEJ recieved the gift on behalf of ASSITEJ. Both of them were touched moved, gave high praise to what ASSITEJ China had done.
