As one of the organizers for the 2019 Singapore China Youth Art Festival, the vice president of China Children's Art Theatre, Shan Zenghong, attended the opening ceremony made a speech on the afternoon of July 5. This is the fourth consecutive time that China Children's Art Theatre has participated in the Singapore China Youth Art Festival. The theatre of three monks was invited as the grfinale of the opening ceremony, winning a wonderful debut in the Lion City.

The deep cooperation between China Children's Art Theatre and Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre practices the common expectations of the two governments on establishing the Chinese Cultural Centre, enhances the mutual understanding friendship between our two peoples. We believe that the continuous in-depth art exchange theatre education are beneficial to provide more Singaporean children with a better understanding of Chinese culture, enable them to become the “Flower Guardian”of the China-Singapore friendship in the future.
